Brands successful with Facebook in Bulgaria
A February 2012 analysis of Facebook in Bulgaria has thrown up some surprising results – starting with the claim it has over 2 million users in this country.
The study, by SocialBakers, found that several companies focus heavily on Facebook and on building their fan base. Most successful in this are Milka with 199,000 fans, and Koketna with 192,000.
But the big surprise came when SocialBakers analysed which have the biggest ‘engagement rate’ – the percentage of a brand’s fan base interacting to posts.
Seven of the top ten brands in this category are alcoholic beverages, with Chivas Regal whiskey leading the pack.
