Cleves Este Home & Spa is a luxurious gated compound with landscaped gardens in the diplomatic district of Iztok, close to the Joliot Curie metro station, and opened in February 2011.  The development itself and surrounding streets are rich in restaurants, cafes, and shops.

This is one of the finest apartments in the building. The very spacious living room / dining area is bright and attractive with lots of large windows, big sofas, comfortable easy chair, a coffee table, flat-panel TV, contemporary lighting, built-in storage, lots of space, and a stylish dining area which can seat 8 in comfort.

Entered from the living area is a separate home office with desk and chairs, and plenty of shelving and storage space.  A door leads out to the private balcony, which looks out over Este’s landscaped gardens. Thanks to a stylish set of folding doors, this room can be closed off and made private when required.

The Italian-designed kitchen can also be closed off when you wish.  It comes equipped with everything: Bosch oven, microwave, American-sized refrigerator with ice machine, deep-freeze, extractor fan and washing-up machine.  There is lots of storage for your supplies and cooking utensils, and plenty of space for cooking.  There is even a coffee machine.  It has a breakfast bar, and a door out to its own small terrace.

Leading off the lobby is the master bedroom. This is an especially quiet room with large windows overlooking the Este gardens. There’s a stylish double bed with bedside tables, plus a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and shelves for storing your clothes. This room has its own flat-panel TV.

Alongside is the en-suite bathroom, featuring the bath with shower, ‘his and hers’ double sinks, toilet, bidet, heated towel-rail, good storage, and an extractor fan.

The second bedroom has windows on two sides and a door out to its own private balcony which faces east.  This room has plenty of space with a bed, bedside table, easy chair, dressing table and stool, two wardrobes, and plenty of shelving.

The third bedroom has windows on two sides, a large built-in wardrobe, a desk and chair, and plenty of shelves.  Currently this room is configured for use as a home office.

Opposite is the second bathroom, featuring the bath with shower, dual sinks, toilet, heated towel-rail, good storage, and an extractor fan.

Next to the second bathroom is the utility room equipped with washing machine and drier for your laundry.

In the entrance lobby is your security panel – controlling the movement sensors in each room.  The front door itself has triple drop-locks for maximum security.

In the lobby, too, is the video entry phone for greeting your visitors; this enables you to view both the building’s front entrance, and the corridor immediately outside your apartment.

There is also a guest toilet with toilet and sink.

The apartment has oak parquet floors and tiled corridor areas. 

Unusually for Sofia, the whole apartment is fully air-conditioned – a boon at the height of summer… this is a city that can get extremely hot.  And of course it has full central heating.

This apartment has wi-fi Internet access already installed, and accessible from every room.  You will find lots of other thoughtful touches – like a state-of-the-art telephone system, and plenty of electrical points throughout the apartment.

There is a large elevator serving all apartments, wide stairways & entrance areas, and spacious underground parking with automatic light sensors, and direct access via both elevator and stairs to the living areas. The garage doors can be operated by remote control from your car. (The remote control device gives you access to everything – underground parking, the main entrance, the lift, and the gardens).

Outside is parking for visitors.

Cleves Este Home and Spa has 24-hour security, and video surveillance cameras monitor the development.
