A door leads out to the private balcony, which faces south and has terrific views of the mountain.
The breakfast bar / dining area has seating for six, great lighting, and a sideboard with more space for storing your possessions.

Along a corridor to the right as you enter are the bedrooms. Furthest is the master bedroom, a quiet room with a large window. There’s a stylish double bed with bedside tables and wall-mounted reading lamps, dressing table and mirror, built-in wardrobe for storing your clothes, and a small set of cupboards.
Opposite is the bathroom, which has double sinks, a bath, shower, heated towel rail, toilet by Geberit, and an extractor fan.
The second bedroom shares the same view of Vitosha Mountain. It has great lighting and contains a large bed, desk and chair, a reading lamp, a wardrobe and plenty of additional storage – even within the headboard of the bed! There is a door out to the balcony. This room could also be configured for use as a home office.
In the entrance lobby is your security panel – controlling the movement sensors in each room. The front door itself has quadruple drop-locks for maximum security.
