The kitchen is Italian designed and comes equipped with everything: Bosch oven, built-in microwave, double-fronted fridge and deep-freeze, extractor fan and washing-up machine. There is lots of storage for your supplies and cooking utensils, and plenty of space for cooking. There is even a breakfast bar, which can double as additional surface for food preparation which cooking.
The corridor to the left leads to the master bedroom, a bright room with large windows on three sides. There’s a striking double bed with bedside tables and reading lights, a walk-in wardrobe for storing your clothes, a dressing table with drawers and chair, and a wall-mounted mirror.
From the master bedroom you walk through to the en-suite bathroom, which has double sinks, a bath, shower, bidet, heated towel rail, toilet by Geberit, and an extractor fan.
Off the corridor to the right is bedroom 2, which has two beds, bedside tables and lights, a large fitted-wardrobe, a wall-mounted mirror, a double-sized desk with two sets of pedestal drawers, wall shelving, and two chairs.
Bathroom 2 is next door, with double sinks, a wall-width mirror, double-length shower cabinet, heated towel rail, toilet, storage, and extractor fan.
Opposite this is bedroom 3 with a large window, a door out to the balcony, double bed, desk with drawer and chair, desk lamp, large cupboard, shelving on the wall, and an inset wall hanging that features Montmartre Sacré-Coeur. This room could also serve as a home office.
Next to bedroom 3 is the utility room, which is fitted with a washing and drying machine for your laundry.
In the entrance lobby is your security panel – controlling the movement sensors in each room. The front door itself has quadruple drop-locks for maximum security.

Unusually for Sofia, the whole apartment is fully air-conditioned – a boon at the height of summer… this is a city that can get extremely hot. And of course it has full central heating.
