The Italian-designed kitchen, comes equipped with everything: Bosch oven, built-in microwave, fridge, deep-freeze, extractor fan and washing-up machine. There is lots of storage for your supplies and cooking utensils, and plenty of space for cooking.
Along a corridor to the right as you enter are the bedrooms. Furthest is the master bedroom, a quiet room with a large window. There’s a stylish double bed with bedside drawer units and reading lamps, striking wall-paper, and a large mirror-fronted built-in wardrobe for storing your clothes.
Opposite is the bathroom, which has double sinks, a bath, shower, heated towel rail, toilet by Geberit, and an extractor fan.
The second bedroom also looks south. It has great lighting and contains a bed, desk and chair, a reading lamp, a large built-in wardrobe and additional storage by the desk. There is a door out to the balcony. This room could also be configured for use as a home office.
Leading off the living room is the utility room, which is fitted with a washing and drying machine for your laundry, plus a set of shelves.
