Cleves Este
Cleves Este is in a very smart gated compound in Iztok, arguably the finest neighbourhood in Sofia. In December 2011 the Este Home and Spa complex was named Bulgaria's 'Residential Building of the Year'.
For each apartment, our designers have created a distinctly identity with influences range from Japanese poetry to the romance of Tuscany and Provence.

Cleves Este is 10 minutes by car to the airport and to the Business Park. Additionally, the metro station Joliot Curie is 250m away from the building, making Sofia city centre only 8 minutes away.
There are numerous shops in the neighbourhood, including a Carrefour Market, banks, and an array of restaurants and cafés.
The area houses many embassies, including those of Germany, Russia and Japan. Several office centres operate here, including the World Trade Centre.
